We work in collaboration with local agencies and split the seller's fee with them.
So our service to you, the buyer, is free of charge.

Once and foremost, please note that our fees are conditional upon the success of our mission on your behalf.

There are no retainers or searching fees or anything of the kind.

Riviera Hunt is paid in full only when the deed of purchase is signed at the Notary's office and the property we found for you actually belongs to you.

This is your guarantee that we will put every effort into finding the property of your dreams on the French Riviera. If we do not find it, we don't get paid, it's as simple as that.

Please note however, that if we find a property for you directly, without the help of another real estate agency, we will charge you the regular fee of 6% that is typically charged by selling agencies.

This is unlikely since more than 70% of properties in the region are listed with agencies, and the ones that are not are usually purchased by locals.

In any event, the search mandate includes this possibility and details the fee structure accordingly.
